Great Refurbished Computer
I bought this computer for school, not for gaming. It is perfect for my needs. The speed and memory are right where I need them to be. There was a slight problem with the sound, but the customer service is outstanding. I thought I would have to wait days for an answer, but within a few hours of me sending a message to them, we were working on the problem. Unfortunately, we could not fix it via email messages, or phone calls. I have sent back the computer, and I am waiting for the replacement. I will update this review as we go. So Far 5 stars because they want me to be happy and are not ghosting me like so many other companies do these days. Joseph, Maurine, and Jane have been great. Revised: Still a great deal. The new computer arrived before the expected date. Everything works great. I would recommend this if you are looking for a refurbished computer!,

WORKS NICE EXCEPT DVD
Little worn on the casing and DVD doesn’t work but computer itself works perfect and is a good speed, which is what i needed. Most don’t even use DVDs anymore, since everything is livestream but i do occasionally order special disks online, but for 112.00, I am satisfied.

Great refurbished computer
When our computer died, we started looking for one just like we had and hoped to find it at a good price. We found this one which was refurbished. It was a price we could afford. We ordered it immediately. It came quickly, we got it set up and my husband, who works from home, has been using it for his job since then. It’s a great little computer and we hope it will last for many years.

Spectacular value for the price
It’s amazing that the seller of this item can stay in business while offering such a nice computer for such a price. The monitor that came with mine measures about 24 inches (diagonally) and has 1920x1200p@60. The computer has a metal case. All of the necessary cables were included. The included keyboard was cheap junk though, and the wifi was this little USB stub that was taped to the side of the computer. The mouse that was included was cheap junk too. I bought a separate keyboard and a UPS to keep everything running when the lights blink. I already had an external hard drive. I haven’t tried to contact tech support and I don’t use sleep mode so I have not rated either of those. This computer is a big upgrade from what I had been using before. I would strongly encourage others to take advantage of such an offer. It was less than US$230 for all of this, not counting the extra stuff I added afterwards. Other sellers offered similar systems for much higher prices.

I will jump into the conclusion first just in case you don’t have time to read the whole review – this is a five stars experience, highly recommend.I have a HP old laptop (may be 10 years old) as my home computer. I upgraded it with a SSD and running Windows 10. I mainly used to check email, convert music mp3/mp4, backup my phone, download YouTube etc. No gaming. It works but kind of slow. Recently, I tried to install DaVinci Resolve for video editing. The install failed because of missing GPU capability.I started looking for alternative. After searching for months and waiting for good deal. I found this refurbished Dell Optiplex 7010 Business Desktop. While it said business desktop but it fit my general usage non-gaming requirements good. I compared it with Black Friday deal, and see that no point to spend two to three time of money for something very similar.I ordered it and it arrived in 2 days with perfect packaging and condition. They even put in a USD wifi adapter so I can connect and start the setup immediately.I have been using it for a week now. All works perfectly. I have four USB 3 HD and a NAS storage connected to the desktop, running in G ethernet (ethernet still beat wifi). The performance between my old laptop and the new desktop is couple of light years apart. My last test was to install DaVinci Resolve 17 and it was completed successfully – even therr is no dedicated GPU card.
